Owner Harold Wong cooked in Houston kitchens for over 20 years before opening Boiling Dragon in early 2020 - smack at the start of the pandemic. He grew up in Alief and moved to Shadow Creek decades ago, and Boiling Dragon is his way of cooking for his own community: bold sauces, fresh seafood from the gulf, and a menu that's unmistakably his.
